It's ages since I have written anything,but I just had to write a wish all my friends a very Merry Christmas and a wonderful holiday season.
I have just had lunch and it is back to the madhouse which has finally started.
11.00pm church service tonight (first for many,many years) then tomorrow just blob all day,gearing up for Boxing Day,which will hopefully be crazy as well.
Anybody want to buy a bookshop so I can have a holiday.

I'd meant to send you a card but then time got away from us and one didn't get in the mail to you...but you were thought of, for what that's worth! I hope you and your husband have a wonderful Christmas! Thank you for all your support and kindness over this past (very rough) year...it's more appreciated than you can possibly know. didn't think it would.The tree is a Pohutukawa ,commonly called the New Zealand Christmas Tree and the bird is a Tui,which has the most amazing vocal repertoire.Although this was a commercial card,both the bird and the tree are at our back door.We often sit on the bonnet of the car(with the cat) if we get home early enough and just listen to them singing.Truly beautiful.Hope you are having a wonderful day.
