I am a nearly pill free zone these days.The only thing I have to take is prednisone,and if I want to keep walking,I think it is probably a good idea for me not to stop taking those,however,no more antidepressants,and I am going to keep going without them if it kills me,and quite frankly the way today has gone,it probably will,either that or I will do Tim in.
Things can only get better though,and in all honesty I think that they are.
The sun is shining,summer is slowly getting here,the ground is starting to dry out all is right with the world.
I have been doing the exercise for my ears sort of religiously,and the dizziness is starting to ease off.
The vertigo still hits occasionally,particularly if I have been on the computer for any length of time,or if I move my head too quickly,but on the whole things are improving.I don't feel drunk quite as much as I did,unless of course I actually am.
I only got happy the other night.after all we only drank two bottles of Asti,between two of us.
Better go back to work now,and let Tim have his lunch,after all it is 3.30 p.m.
Going to have a late night tonight, working.There are so many books to put away,and so little space into which to put them. We really need rubber walls,so we can push them out a bit more.It is a real shame that we can't afford the shop next door at the  moment,but who knows what will happen in the future,After all,we are winning Lotto on Saturday night
